OVEN ROAST POTATOES

Ingredients

6 small to medium red potatoes
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/4t. onion powder
1/4t. garlic powder
1/4t. seasoning salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400*F.
Spray non-stick cooking spray on foil, place on baking sheet.
Cut potatoes into wedges of equal size so that pieces will roast evenly.
Combine potatoes and oil in a bowl.
Mix seasonings into potatoes.

Spread the potatoes evenly into an single layer and put them on the middle rack of the oven.
Roast for 40-50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and browned to your liking.
